Meetings typically begin at 7:00pm. Videographers need to arrive 20 minutes before each meeting to set up. They are then responsible for the video production of the meeting using three robotic cameras, Tricaster switcher, audio board, and some basic graphics. Meetings are recorded to DVD and also air Live on TV and online.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; understand basic video techniques as well as be able to pan, tilt, and zoom camera; and have the ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours. Video production experience preferred.
Pay for each meeting is on a flat fee basis: $35 for meetings under 3 hours and $50 for meetings over 3 hours.
